In-house enablement
Maintain notification status via our engineer’s Virtual Office (eVO) platform or through the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center for the following notification types:
  • Reactive service events
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Refinement modifications
You will also have access to Siemens Healthineers support through channels such as the Customer Care Center, Regional Support Center, and Technical Solutions center.
Technical service training

In the design phase, we collaborate with you to determine the optimal number of engineers to train for your fleet and map out a step-by-step training plan.
Your team will gain hands-on experience and insights directly from the OEM experts at our Siemens Healthineers training headquarters in Cary, NC.
As your engineers gain proficiency, your need for on-site service visits and ongoing education costs decrease. Their growing expertise enables faster issue resolution and sustained equipment performance, keeping your operations running smoothly and cost-effectively.

Parts allowance & labor pool
